Investment
A project initiation fee, starting at $350, is collected at the time of engagement and covers research, planning, and seamless management of your travel experience. Additional fees may apply depending on the scope, complexity, and level of customization requested.

Custom Itinerary Design, Planning & Management:
If you alreadyknow the property or cruise itinerary you’d like, we’ll confirm your reservation at no additional fee, ensuring you still enjoy ASCENDA Travel’s VIP amenities and upgrades.
For curated hotel/cruise research and recommendations, a $100 per destination/cruise fee applies, which includes up to three carefully selected property/cruise options.
Hotel & Cruise Bookings:
- Domestic — $75 per ticket
- International — $125 per ticket
Private jet pricing available upon request.
FLights:
We provide assistance with confirming transfers, spa appointments, tee times, and activity reservations — ensuring every detail of your journey is handled with care. This service is included as part of a full itinerary design. For hotel-only bookings secured through ASCENDA Travel, concierge support is available for an additional $250.
We do not offer concierge services if travel has not been booked through ASCENDA Travel.
